An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes:
- Inspect Freon levels & pressure
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Inspect and clean condenser
- Inspect condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect box
- Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
A furnace tune-up keeps your heating system in good working order. It includes:
- Check blower Motor / Capacitor
- Clean & adjust burners
- Inspect heat exchange
- Inspect gas pressure & flame
- Inspect igniter/pilot light
- Clean the Flame Sensor
- Clean the inducer Port
- Inspect filter
- Check airflow
- Check for gas leaks
- Check the Ductwork
- Check for Carbon Monoxide in
the attic and inside the house - Vacuum and Clean the Furnace
